Yes, a flag/indicator would be useful. It should also be accounted in weekly, monthly, annually, if the subscription is paid annually or for a longer time. It should also be accounted what the average weekly, monthly, annually is and also on cashflow basis, this week, this month and this year.

As an individual trying to minimize the amount of connections to banking information, while I do understand the benefits, one of the aspects here is that you can opt to scan your mail and create specific names for payment accounts. I'm fine with that.
