Having sub categories.

Under Health could be Pharmaceutical, Dr, Specialists, etc.

Another category to add could be Pets, with a sub category being able to be added for each pet. Maybe even having the option of adding another sub category to that for other various items to be added under each pet.

As we can add categories, it would be easy to add sub categories, and sub sub categories, if one required.
