Calculate sum based on payments instead of subscription

The total sum on the list page is calculated by the current subscriptions. However, when changing the subs payment it might be the future and not the past.

Therefore, use the actual payments if available. E.g., take the yearly cost of 2025 when the current date is in 2025.

Make this option available in the settings.
